Installing
Prerequisites
- Download the COSI Cluster Plugin package corresponding to your platform architecture.
- Download the COSI for Ceph Cluster Plugin package.
- Upload the downloaded plugin packages using the Upload Packages feature.
- Install the plugin packages to the target cluster using the Cluster Plugins installation mechanism.

Upload Packages: Platform Management > Marketplace > Upload Packages page. Click Help Document on the right for instructions about publishing the Cluster Plugin to the target cluster. For CLI guidance, see CLI.
Install COSI
Constraints and Limitations
- Plugins are scoped to the current cluster only. You must install the required plugins individually on each cluster where you want to enable COSI features.
- The COSI for Ceph plugin depends on the COSI plugin. Ensure that the COSI plugin is installed first.
Procedure
- Log in to the platform and navigate to the Platform Management page.
- Go to Marketplace > Cluster Plugins to access the list of available cluster plugins.
- Select the target cluster where you want to install the plugins.
- Locate the COSI plugin and select Install from the ⋮ menu to start the installation.
- Locate and install the COSI for Ceph plugin.
- Wait until the status of all plugins changes to Installed.
Uninstallation
- Log in to the platform and navigate to the Platform Management page.
- Go to Marketplace > Cluster Plugins to access the list of installed cluster plugins.
- Select the target cluster where you want to remove plugins.
- Locate the plugin you want to uninstall and select Uninstall from the ⋮ menu to start the uninstallation process.
- Wait until the plugin status changes to Ready, indicating that it can be reinstalled if required.
Important: Before uninstalling the COSI plugin, you must first uninstall the COSI for Ceph plugin.
